Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast was once a part of both the Fierce Five 2012 as well as the Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. At the 2012 Olympics she won gold on both the team floor and the individual competitions. The bronze was won with using the balance bar. She was the only American to be awarded the most Olympic medals. At the 2016, Olympics she won a gold medal for the team event, which gave her along with her teammate Gabby Douglas the distinction of having being among the few Americans to have two consecutive gold medals for the team. In addition, she was awarded silver medals in the individual all-around and for the floor. The break was for three years between each Olympics to not compete in gymnastics. Additionally she was a part of two gold-winning American gymnastics squads. Gymnastics was her first sport since age two, and her favorite activity is Floor Exercise. Aly has joined the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in honor of her late grandmother. She hopes to build an enviable career in fashion. Leotards that she has designed, socks and other items will be expanded in the future. Fierce will be out in the summer of this year.
